Can you guess what the most special thing was about this gorgeous setup?? ✨It’s not what you’d expect. . .
This was where my childhood home of 36 years stood, but was tragically burned down in a wildfire in 2021. The place where my parents were still living and where many of my best memories and sentimental items were. They lost everything.
After over 2.5 years, our family, and especially my parents, have gone from complete brokenness, to rebuilding a beautiful home and starting over on the same land. To celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday in this space meant everything.
This place where I celebrated all of my own birthdays growing up, is being filled with life and happiness again, and celebrating my baby girl this past weekend is a beautiful new memory we now have created there.
SO much more to discuss about the detail behind this masterpiece I loved designing so much, but for now - just pure gratitude for this epic celebration of my baby girl, in the most special place with so many loved ones - that’s the best part of it all!

I approached @jessicaluginbillrealtor knowing she had done Santa photos at @cristoscoffee in 2022 and I asked her if I could help make it even bigger in 2023. So grateful she was up for it! 🎄I combined my love for children’s events with my passion for helping others and that is how the idea for Christmas For A Cause was born. @cristoscoffee was the perfect location, with its cozy, charming vibe and warm and inviting staff. 🎄This event benefitted @followspan_boulder and The Erie Community Food Bank - two organizations that do incredibly important work to help people in need. 🎄Thank you to @jessicaluginbillrealtor and @cristoscoffee for all your help and thank you to ALL our sponsors and volunteers. 🎄One of my most favorite things about the holidays is receiving our Christmas cards in the mail from @minted! I’m not sure if it is because it makes me realize we ACTUALLY had photos taken as a family and @northernglowphoto put up with us for another year and I ACTUALLY finally ordered cards. Always feels like a big task every year and then I get SO excited about their arrival.
