Storm is coming!!
Whether or not the St. Boniface Usher's Club will open, CamaradERIE BBQ will be operating.

If they open, we will sell as normal.
Call in at 814-580-6935 for pickup. Members can dine in. No delivery.

If they do not open, we will be doing $5 Greene Township delivery, $10 delivery to those outside Greene Township.
Same operation, call in at 814-580-6935, we will open our phone lines at 3pm for a 5-6pm delivery. The faster we are off the road, the better.

Just keeping everyone updated...

Due to a private catering and our daughter's birthday party this weekend, we will not be at St. Boniface Usher's Club.
We will be there the following week with Brisket Burnt Ends over Mac n Cheese and some other things.

We signed our lease today for the room in Greene Township Municipal Building, to open a Butcher Shop!! This is a process, please be patient. We will start off with our "Kwik Fill" grub and hours of operation. Then, slowly transition to more of a butcher shop. This will start the first week of December if everything comes together as planned. My "Kwik Fill" supporters, I will need you more than ever! I'll start it off with Ribs, just for you!

To keep in mind, this will increase our demand and our hours of Operation will be extended. 10am-6pm. The best part is I will not be able to do this alone! If you know somebody looking to learn the craft of butchery or wanting to get into Culinary Arts, send them my way. I will be posting this more in the future but wanted to put it in everyone's ear. We will be hiring!

It's awesome to see familiar faces and them stop and tell me, every time we come the food just gets better and better. To new customers that have never tried Peruvian Food and end up trusting me and ordering it!

We have a huge passion for Peruvian Cuisine and it shows you guys are interested!!

We sold more Peruvian meals than actual BBQ!

Due to future events and holidays, this will be our last weekend at St. Boniface Usher's Club for a couple weeks.

We are also working on opening our Butcher Shop!
First phase would be providing food from our new brick and mortar location at the Greene Township building as we put together all the equipment needed for the butcher shop.

My Kwik Fill fans! There will be lunch available just like at Kwik Fill but now inside with no wind! This will start in December! Most likely will kick it off with CamaradERIE BBQ Spareribs!!

In the meantime, come and support us as we need it more than ever during this transition!
