My spin on Beef, Fahita Chicken and my smoked pull pork I made last night for 16 hours…. you also get my Spanish rice with it…. 3 x $10

Huge Announcement! The Big Cheese Food Truck has a kitchen at the Sunflower Club! Starting on 20 October at 5 pm we will be open to the public! You can carryout or stop in and eat. You do not have to be a member to enjoy our food. Call ahead for carryout. Our number is 814 882 8870. I cannot wait to see you all. We are upgrading our menu to add more fun and flavorful foods! The new menu will be posted on our new website in a couple of days. Hope to see and hear from you soon.

We will be at the Chautauqua Fair starting Tuesday thru Sunday from 11 to 11… as well as Waterford Heritage Days starting the 21st to the 23rd of July! We hope to see you… Our Menu has grown to Build Your Own Mac N Cheese Bowls, loaded tator tots, and finally our cheesy stuffed egg rolls!

Come on down! We are in front of Hamot Hospital today from 5-7 and the Sheraton Hotel from 4 - 10! Our new truck at the Sheraton is offering Stuffed Mac Egg Rolls and Loaded Tots! This weekend same hours at the Sheraton Hotel off Dobbin Landing. The other truck will be at the Onion Festival in Pymatuning State Park from 10 - 4!

It's Food Truck Wednesday! Donors at the Erie Donor Center receive a meal voucher for The Big Cheese Food Truck! Donors will be able to redeem vouchers from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm in the CBB Parking lot.

REMINDER: All donors this week are entered to win a kayak package that includes two kayaks and two paddles. The last day for the June $1,000 gas card giveaway is Thursday, June 30th.
