There is something really beautiful about the light in the fall. We found a beautiful sunflare on this shoot and we got lucky there was a nice sunset as well! It's just luck of the draw.

Studio shoots are an amazing option for families with little kids. It's warm and we can shoot very quickly to get the smiles before the meltdowns happen! This was a classic shoot for a holiday card, but these photos are classic enough to put on a wall for year round.

Sunflower farm pictures for my sister and her family ❤️ I needed some experimental models to try to shoot in the sunflower fields, it was hot, dirty and we probably came a bit too early but we still got some precious pictures. 🌻

This is the first year I’ve been able to do holiday mini sessions with backdrops in my house! This makes things so much easier with little ones. No cold, wind, and weather to deal with. And they’re quick! We can “mostly” get the shots before the meltdowns ensue.

Outdoor shoots keep you on your toes, light changes, you’re dealing with weather, wind, and you can shoot in the same place on different days and get an entirely different result.
