UPutt is thrilled to inspire a love of reading in our young golfers this Summer! Our Reading Challenge invites K-6th graders to log 20 minutes of reading each day for 1 month and earn a free round of golf. With the potential to earn up to 3 free games, our challenge is the perfect opportunity for young readers to sharpen their skills and develop a lifelong passion for reading.

RULES:
1) Read (or have a parent read with/to you) 20 minutes each day.
Complete your daily log (which may be picked up during our business hours) and have your grown-up sign your sheet.

2)Turn it in at the end of the month for your free round of golf.

3) Complete a log for June, July, AND August to be entered to win a “Family Fun Night Basket” which includes a round of mini-golf and arcade tokens for your family along with pizza and pop!

NOTES:
-While we understand the appeal of audio-books, they do not count toward your 20 minutes of reading.
-If you are short on reading material, come in and check out our FREE library which is ever changing! And, if you have books you no longer want, we'd welcome them in our library!

Dobber's Pasties is a local family-owned business since 1975. We serve two locations: Escanaba, and Iron Mountain. We are currently looking for a cashier/pasty baker for our Iron Mountain location. This position requires interacting with customers, managing all transactions efficiently, baking pasties hourly, taking phone orders, opening, and closing the store and various other tasks. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work alone and have good time management skills. This position is part-time at 24-hours a week and will vary between days, nights and weekends.
