INTRODUCTION
2 years ago we started this company with idea to offer better food to private events and small weddings, food that was traceable, food that tasted good. We could have never imagined it growing into this. We started in a storage unit and now are fortunate enough to have a 3000 sq ft tasting room and commissary.
My name is Brandon and my partner on my left has been my station partner for years at a great restaurant in Soho where we both cut our teeth and learned the ropes. We are both from restaurant backgrounds and have worked for some pretty great chefs, such as Andrew Carmellini, Jean Jorge’s, Daniel Boulud, David Chang, and even ran some great restaurants of our own in Sweden and Pennsylvania.
Our goal has always been to take what we have learned in food and hospitality from these great chefs and restaurants and apply it to private events. Wether it’s weddings, private dinners, a taste of event, holiday party, or just a rad dinner in the middle of a field, these things stick with us.
