Giving my website a makeover which always feels so good once it’s done, but it always takes me forever to just get started on. I have fear of breaking things and not having enough tech skills to fix them. I got over my fear and stuck-ness today and updated some photos and some of the copy. I’m not done, but it’s definitely on its way. And like any sort of makeover, it looks and feels so good!

Reminds me of when I studied yoga teacher training and there were some phrases (sutras) that stuck with me. “When the time is on you, start and the pressure will be off.”

When you’re standing still and not taking the first step, the task is daunting and feels like your feet are cement! But once you start, the pressure eases and momentum steps in! Sharing in case you need a nudge to start something you’ve been meaning to.

If we were your wedding florist, or you’ve received any sort of floral service or value from us, will you do me a big favor and review us on Google?

In the last year and a half, Google has deactivated my business profile three times. Each time I appeal and get it back, we lose some if not all of our reviews. We had over 40 5-star reviews deleted at first, then received 15 new ones and now they’re gone too!

I’m in the studio today flowering my final wedding of 2024. It’s always a bittersweet feeling- doing something I love that lights me up for so many consecutive weeks in a row, and also knowing I need the rest and downtime for rejuvenation.

This off season, I’m planning to pursue some hobbies and take classes. Pottery/ceramics has been calling me for a while and I’d love to find a wheel throwing class, and throw my own vessels for 2025 wedding season- how cool would that be??!! If you know of any good ones in Clackamas county, please let me know!

I’m also wanting to bring more dance in my life and looking at Lindy-hop/east coast swing classes. I found a place that offers this, if you’re interested in joining me!

I’m also planning a few workshops in my studio in the coming months- wreaths and other fun floral classes. Let me know if you’d like to be on the email list to hear these offerings!

Disco balls make really fun wedding decor accents- adding a sparkly pop of glam and glitz to your vibrant celebration.

For Kelsie and Caulin’s wedding, we rented several different sizes of disco balls from , and installed them with draping florals and greenery in various spots in the reception tent. It was a vibe! 🪩
