Our menu is "loaded" this SUNDAY! Weve got loaded potatoes and nachos, pork belly burnt ends and of course brisket and pulled pork ready for you! Stop by .estespark you can enjoy it there inside watching Sunday ticket or take an order home! Oh yeah and we still have turkey today! Open til at least 6pm.

be open Thanksgiving day at .estespark 12-6 for order pickup AND to serve the public. Email your order to [email protected] by no later than Monday Nov 25th. Get your order in soon as I will have to cut off ordering when I reach smoker capacity!

Here's were to find us this weekend! And yes turkey breast is on the menu! Somebody literally cussed at me last week because I didn't have any turkey. Pork belly burnt ends will make it appearance too! Come by and see us and help keep us open through the winter! Parking at the barrel is awesome now since construction is done! You can literally just park outside my trailer and grab your food and enjoy a beverage .estespark or take your food to go!

So I have a question for my
I love beef ribs but they are pretty expensive so I thought I'd ask if anyone would be interested if I ran some day soon. They will be $32 per lb which is ONE bone so that throws some people off. Let me know what ya think! Would you buy at least a lb?

Does anyone have any recommendations on who can do an alignment on a dual axle trailer? Yes it is the westex BBQ trailer. I would rather it be in Estes Park but if you know something Longmont or Loveland Id go there too.
