I am diligently executing refunds for our customers, addressing each individual's concerns and ensuring necessary documentation. While many have demonstrated understanding, a select few continue making baseless threats and fraud allegations. As consistently stated, refund processing remains ongoing. Initially, we intended to operate on advertised dates, working assiduously to meet Fire Marshal stipulations. Unfortunately, after two weeks of continuous effort, regulatory requirements rendered the maze unsustainable, prompting cancellation. We offer sincerest apologies for the inconvenience, emphasizing that our actions were neither intentional nor designed to defraud. To individuals persistently lodging demands and allegations despite regular communication, refunds will be issued, though patience will dictate processing priority. Excessive messaging (12 messages within days) impedes efficient refund processing. We respectfully request patience from all, acknowledging our six-year history of successful operations. We appreciate loyal customers' understanding during this unprecedented situation.
