It appears that Officiants in close proximity to Lane County may see a boost in business for 2025. According to the Lane County Clerk's staff, their current moratorium on courthouse weddings will continue for the foreseeable future. Meaning? Clerk's office staff (and possibly judges) will no longer be available to officiate ceremonies for couples seeking a low cost option.
