Right back at it after an extended hunting trip....a fun vendor "wedding" event in Corvallis Thursday night for 87, a staff breakfast for 16 Friday morning, and followed it up with a great wedding and "4th meal" for 120 guests in Grants Pass on Saturday. Trust me...feeling it today. Grateful for the peeps that work with me in making these events come together. On to the next event on Tuesday night..a small wedding for a great couple at Sweet Cheeks Winery.

Did a quick tailgate for Fortinet this past weekend. It was a big hit with made to order breakfast tacos (steak or chorizo), stuffed hashbrowns, & biscuit & gravy casserole. Also had a fresh fruit salad, pastries, yogurt, protein bars, and hot coffee. Always fun working with Dawn Peebles Keeney & Oregon Bartenders. She offered Bloody Mary's and other cocktails to finish it off the menu. Please reach out if looking for future games!

Travelled to Sunset Bay in Coos Bay to cater a wedding yesterday where we supplied all of the sides while the groom's father smoked a whole pig, chicken wings, & prawns. It was a really fun wedding with a ceremony on the beach, guests staying at the campground, and family and friends coming together for an "old school" wedding. Congratulations to Logan & Danielle!

Had a great time at Sweet Cheeks Winery this past weekend. We offered and served up your choice of two great meals...a smoked tri-tip sandwich w/ baked beans, homemade mac salad, & fresh fruit salad w/ citrus & mint...or a grilled chicken caprese sandwich w/ Tuscan baked beans, pasta salad w/ fresh basil & garlic, & red sweet grapes. All and all, a lot of fun. The "famous" Casey Jane actually showed up to help out...

It's been a crazy month of catering... 6 weddings, a 90th birthday, a graduation, 2 office lunches, and a celebration of life. Here are just a few pics of these events. Thanks to all of our clients who put trust in us to provide not only excellent food, but great service as well. Were always appreciative of being included in these special days!
