Went camping last weekend and cooked up some bbq baked beans and cornbread from scratch. I used my Recteq Bullseye to slow cook the beans and bake the cornbread in my favorite 3 Notch Lodge skillet.

Craving some Tex-Mex food, I sliced top sirloin super thin, seasoned it with Carne Asada magic, and grilled it on the Blackstone. Added fajita blend veggies and, because cheese is life, lots of it, all wrapped in a flour tortilla. Turned out delicious!

Today I whipped up some simple Philly Cheesesteaks. I diced some already sliced steak and grilled onions and bell peppers. Topped it off with a slice of provolone. The Blackstone came in handy on this cook!

This ham turned out great! Everyone was happy with it. I smoked it for a couple of hours on my Recteq Bullseye and glazed with some brown sugar bourbon, brown sugar and the packet that came with the ham. Oh, and I should mention, this was a Kirkland ham from Costco and we all know everything is better from Costco.
