Cooked up a tri tip yesterday on the 885. Started off with Traeger Rub and let er rip for about an hour and a half at 280. Then rested it in the cooler for 30 minutes. Super tender, super tasty!

Pop Pop’s is going straight up healthy for breakfast this morning. We have over the top avocado toast with spinach, bacon, pickled red onions and egg. All piled high on sourdough. Very tasty! 😋

Made beer can chicken the other night on my Recteq Bullseye smoker. Sat it on top of a can of Coors light and seasoned generously with Caribeque Honey Heat. The chicken was unbelievably moist and the skin was so tasty!

Gave the trending Mac-n-Cheese recipe a go. Start with a block of VELVEETA and add uncooked elbow noodles, some milk, butter and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and cook.
It did come out creamy and very cheesy.
