Cooked up a tri tip yesterday on the 885. Started off with Traeger Rub and let er rip for about an hour and a half at 280. Then rested it in the cooler for 30 minutes. Super tender, super tasty!

Made beer can chicken the other night on my Recteq Bullseye smoker. Sat it on top of a can of Coors light and seasoned generously with Caribeque Honey Heat. The chicken was unbelievably moist and the skin was so tasty!
