Stellar Balloons and Events had the pleasure of providing the balloon decor for “An evening of educators” cruise on Joe Pool Lake, hosted by 1st Class Educators. Great food,drinks, and music provided by a very talented saxophonist Chris Sax Mitchell! So grateful for the opportunity!!
