So I been busting my butt to get my briskets thawed. Got 2 pork butts as well. Final product we should have about 10 lbs. of each. Selling brisket at $15 a lb and pork at $10 a pound. First come first serve. I am kitchen manager certified and promise I'm healthy as a horse. All food is being safely handled and temped. This is a trial run and if you want sides I will do those too. If received well I will repeat often and with more food. Thanks again for the consideration! Food will be ready Saturday afternoon. Im in Eureka and will deliver locally!

Ok folks. Security business has me grounded for an undisclosed amount of time. Im Chasing the American dream again cause I gotta pay bills. Give me notice and I will entertain any and all orders. Even deliver locally! Got 2 large briskets in the freezer already. Can also include sides. All orders of course in these times are subject to availability but I will do my best. Thank you all for even considering the opportunity!

Sorry its been so long since I posted anything. Still trying to work and do a business. Good possibility of being home early this week and next leading up to Thanksgiving. Have a wide assortment of side dishes and desserts that are available as well as the main courses. Let me know if I can help with any of your Thanksgiving needs 😀

If your not busy on Saturday ..... Make your way to Tremont High School. Watch some wrestling and enjoy some of the best pulled pork in the area. All going to a great cause to help the Williams family. Hope I made enough!

Hey all.......firing up the smoker for a couple parties on Saturday. Food would be available Sunday afternoon by lunch time if interested. Going shopping in the next couple days. Getting brisket and pork......prices will depend on amount of orders and meat available.

Its a thing of beauty......stop by for free smells! Lots of food for the wrestling families tomorrow night....and that big hunk of beef in the back, we will call that Coach Schaidle's typo. A gift from the Ziegenhorn family for all the hard work and dedication all the coaches give to our boys. Cant wait to see you all tomorrow.

What does one person do with 2 1\2 gallons of sweet marinade? Well they inject 80+ lbs. of pork butt in my world. Come cheer on the Eureka Middle School wrestling team this Saturday and enjoy some of the best BBQ around while you're there! Go Hornets!

We would like to raise money for Washington High School's wrestling coach Bryan Medlin and his family who lost their home in a fire. We will be selling pulled pork $12 a pound. Pulled Pork would be available for New Year's Eve! All proceeds go to The Medlin family to help in their time of need! If interested we will need orders by Tuesday December 29th and will need to be picked up at our house we will give address when you order. Please share and pass along! Ok folks.....down to my last issue....need a place to go locally. If you have friends or a business or connections talk to em and let me know. I can have food ready to go within a couple days now. Just need a place to sell it. Im feel horrible for all the delays but I will work as long as i can still this year. Im ready to go and I hope you are ready too.....

Going to our first competition at the Peoria riverfront tomorrow. Doing the backyard competition just to get a feel for things. With any luck I will soon have AWARD WINNING BBQ! Come cheer me on and I'm sure there will be plenty of food.
