When you do a tasting it's to find out what the client likes and don't like. Changes that needs to be made to accommodate what they like. One thing I have learned is listen to what the client is saying and what needs to change so they have the best experience.

Non of this could be possible without Tee Dixon and company your decorations set the stage of creating new memories. Even more so, thank you for not letting me mess up your vibe with my impatience. As normal, taking a moment to reflect and talk with God. I was reminded, “Your gift will make a way.”
My gift has taken me:

- LA
-HOUSTON
-North Carolina and an introduction to Truffles
- DR (coming up)

But I had to laugh, cause Kirk tells me all the time. I get on your nerves bro. So you can stop thinking and just do what you do. I’m even more appreciative of that, cause you may get on my nerves at the right time.
