The Evansville African American Museum Colour of Humanity Gala, honoring civil rights leaders in the 1960s and 1970s was one for the books. We were so honored to partner with them in the decorating of the balloon backdrop, ballon arch, and table centerpieces at Bally's Hotel And Casino.
