Good morning Wonderful followers and friends. During the chill season.. and yes I'm still continuing to educate, learn and be trained in the skills of catering. Yesterday I had more first training session for a wedding. It was informative, fast paced but consistent.

1.) I learn the art of Plating dishes properly
2.) How to properly prepare roasted veggies
3.) How to create napkin folds for warm bread
