We create Wedding Cakes Buttercream or Naked Wedding Cakes.
Sweet Buffets!
Wedding Cake flavor options are Summer Berry, Mocha, Chocolate, Marble, White, Oreo Cookie, Orange Blossom, Cherry Chip, Dark Chocolate, Vanilla Bean.
Filling Flavors we offer are Chocolate Mousse, Buttercream, Lemon, Raspberry, Custard, Marscapone, Cherry.

Sweet Buffets are created for each client but usually are centered around a smaller Wedding Cake. We than put small bite stuff around it like Luscious Lemon Bites, Mini Turtle Pies, Mini Cheesecakes, and fresh fruit. We have also put assorted pies around the cake.

I do not require that you book us for catering and the Wedding Cake I am delighted to do either one.

To those brides, grooms and family affected by the closure of Monte Cristo Ballroom I am linked to a venue that is considering discounted rental rates for you.
The venue has a large room for the ceremony that is nice, a reception hall with a bar option, a bride room , a grooms room, covered parking for the wedding party and more street parking, comes with tables/ chairs, place settings, beverage station and has on-site catering that is affordable.
Compacity for sit down reception 100.
I can coordinate with you for rentals bartenders, photo booth, linens and photography or you can bring those in.
We should have more concrete info Monday but please contact me if you want more info.
