At the request of some Rally in the Valley attendees. We will have a second meet and greet next year. I would like to introduce you to Bob Allen. Bob is a shy fellow with a big heart. He is a avid figure skater boy can he twirl. anyways....Bob spends his off the ice home raising grapes and painting gorgeous pictures of clouds and happy trees. Kinda reminds me of Bob Ross🤔.... He is also a stellar flute player.... WOW!!!! those high notes he hits will just make you get weak in the knees. So please if you want to know anything about his amazing talents he holds dear, just ask at next years Rally in the Valley. My good friend!!! Shishka Bob Ross

I would like to announce for next years meet and greet with Spun will be T.P. Some things you might like to know about T.P. is that he is very interested in photography and really enjoys pictures of the sunrise. He also loves having long conversations about the different kinds of flowers native to Upper Michigan. T.P. has a life long goal of traveling to Africa in the near future. So get your questions out for next years meet and greet with T.P. 🤣 Love You Brother!!

The Rally in the Valley - 2022 family would also like to introduce to you our brother from Spun, Crawl. Crawl enjoys long walks on the beach. Crawl also loves to sit by the campfire and read love novels in his free time and just loves to sit back with a big plate of tuna salad. Hello, as some of you may know, in past years we announce a meet and greet. SPUN has taken all past years and has handled the little info we share like champs lol!!! We have decided this year it is another bands turn to become the topic. I have spoke with an anonymous Spun member to see who they may like to pass this meet and greet honor too. With a long 10 second discussion, they have passed the torch to none other than- Lightning Ridge. I will add some info on Lightning Ridge in the next few days so you can learn some things about them. I will also repost some of the past informational posts of meet and greets for a little giggle. See everyone soon!

The Rally Crew wanted to let everyone know that we will be getting together with Spun soon. We will discuss starting times of each band for this years Rally In The Valley 2024. One idea that we and Spun have talked about for this year. Friday we will have some informal open mic, I guess you would call it. So with that being said we are very excited to have some new bands this year. We will announce schedules as we get closer and don't forget Rally In The Valley 2024 will start with the now traditional flag raising ceremony. See you soon!!!! Oh wait also we will be letting everyone know who will be this years meet and greet lol!!! Let me see who we can put on the spot this year. Hello Everyone!!!! Any suggestions on Rally in the Valley 2024 shirt colors and styles.

Well folks Rally in the valley has come and gone. We would like say Thank You!!!! to all that came and to our awesome!!! Bands. I call them ours because they put soooo much into the Rally and care about what it's becoming.The Sponsors that plan and work very hard to put this Rally together are one of a kind. My wife and I are honored to be a part of the Rally Crew. a Huge Thank You!!! Also goes out to the Land Owners, Mike and Kathie Urbis. With out Hanley Hollow we could not have this event. I also can't say enough about the people and businesses that donated Thank You!!! to all that helped make this event the best so far. We will post more about Rally in the Valley 2024 as The Rally Crew comes up with the plan on how we will move forward. Last but not least we would like to Thank!!!! The Michigan State Police. We talk with them each year and they have an open invitation. With there help and support, we can keep making the Rally a safe and fun event. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

My friend Doug from Spun kinda looks up to me and wanted to sing together so we did. Here is one of his favorite songs. With that said our next years meet and greet will be with Doug. Doug loves to bake late at night while watching his favorite movie Dirty Dancing. He has a secret.... His baking specialty is a wonderful pumpkin pie. I have had it, amazing!!!! He also likes to study the mating rituals of monarch butterflies. So work on some questions for Doug on late night movie watching and make sure you ask about the pumpkin pie filling. If your lucky he may share his secret recipe.
Just wondering... Will you be returning for the 2024 Rally in the Valley ??????
