Stay on pace with your goals! 🏃💨

If a half marathon PR is on your list for 2025, take the guesswork out of race day and let our pace groups lead you to it!

The experienced team will once again lead our pace groups that promise accurate splits and party-level energy. 🪩🎉🥳

Joining a pace group is easy! Sign up is not required. To meet up with the pacers on race day, head to the start line at least 15 minutes before the start of the race. Your Pacer will be holding up signs with the finishing times printed on them. Five to 10 minutes before the start, your Pace Group Lead will give you their final instructions.

The snow is pretty, but we’re daydreaming about race days featuring blue skies and warm(er) temps this March!

The Shamrock Shuffle, set for March 30th, is the perfect finale to the Tour de Patrick. This fast, flat course in North Kingstown includes a unique finish on the track at North Kingstown High School.

Plus, if you completed all three races in the Tour de Patrick, you’ll pick up your Finisher’s Medal at this finish line. 🤩

Medal…Tuesday?! We’re pumped to share the 2025 Tour de Patrick Finisher’s Medal and socks, which will be awarded to anyone who signs up for all three races to compete the Tour!

These festive socks will be distributed at Packet Pickup for the Irish 5K (along with all three bib numbers and t-shirts!) and the Finisher’s Medal will be awarded at the finish line of the Shamrock Shuffle on March 30th.

We’re cheering for our team member Richard Barké tonight, who is closing in on his goal of 250 racing miles in 2024 at the Winter Classic!

After a 5K this morning on the roads, he was less than a mile shy of his goal, so he’s hopping in the 3k to close with some speed. If you know Rich, you’ll know how dedicated he is to a goal he sets!

Who has goals set for 2025?! We’d love to hear them! ⬇️
