We had a fabulous time last night competing in the CVB's annual "Culinary Challenge" event at the Desmond hotel in Malvern! The theme was "Top Secret" and our team chose to make a deconstructed Pork-Fried-Rice dish with the mystery ingredients that were given to us (Peas and Ginger). A great time was had by all, and lots of great connections were made!
