In anticipation of the coming year, we’re bringing back our Installation Wishlist— the themes and visual concepts we’re itching to bring to life! Help us realize our design dreams AND score yourself a mean discount by booking one of these themes for any date in 2025!

To be eligible for a discount, the installation must be full size (sorry, no Mini Moments or mini garlands) and your deposit must be received by February 1, 2024.

Hardest installation ever! Not because of the build itself, but because for the last week there’s be a plaque upon our house. Not COVID, not the flu— but something truly wicked that put Mattin and I both in a 4-day fever dream followed by days of crushing fatigue and unrelenting hacking. I spent the entire week just praying for enough health to get through this (the prep while nursing a 103 fever… brutal!), and by the grace of our Creator, I did! But now I’m pooped and I need to sleep. 😴

Thank you to our friends at Bespoke Technologies for inviting us back to provide decor for your yearly party— we appreciate your trust, and your willingness to try something new!

Our favorite cookie lady and great friend Kate of Casi Cielo Cookies invited us to build a focal point installation for Sofia’s gingerbread house decorating party, and boy did we go wild! Definitely went for a “more is more” approach: one of our balloon trees was eight feet tall! My favorite details were the balloon Christmas lights and bows (inspired by ), and of course the rocking chair of honor reserved for the big man himself, Santa.

Barrett’s First Pumpkin Patch! We are just so honored that .parkes asked us back to decorate for Barrett’s first birthday after decorating William’s first birthday in 2022. Time truly flies! And I cannot get enough of this theme. I don’t care if I’m basic— give me pumpkin EVERYTHING.

For the first half of the pandemic I worked full time remotely while taking care of my son, then two, and managing my household— it was exhausting. Finally in 2021 my employer insisted I come back to the office, but as a mother I just wasn’t ready to put my son into daycare again; this was when a vaccine wasn’t available for kids, and we did not fully know how COVID was affecting children. So after seven years, they let me go. Up until that point, I had only done event decorations as a hobby, but I was determined to follow my passion. While I worked on building momentum, though, I picked up playing Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Switch in the evenings, and I swear it made me a better decorator— if you know you know! This porch is just me Animal Crossing it up in real life… and I love it. 🥰

Around this time last year we were the busiest we’d ever been, managing multiple full decor events every weekend. Here’s a throwback to one of my favorite showers, celebrating Zaskia of .woodbridge and her baby boy’s arrival. You cannot convince me that teddies for showers will ever go out of style!

My rock and roll obsessed child dictated everything about this decor for his 6th birthday party— red, blue, and black; his favorite band emblems everywhere; and of course all of his favorite treats. He even dictated the song choice for this post!

To think I believed I’d be able to skip balloons this year. He actually asked me, “Mama, can I see the build for my birthday?” He meant the mock-up. He asked for a mock-up, like any discerning client. 😂

Happy birthday, my beautiful baby boy. Never lose that passion. It’s such a blessing.

Balloon decor doesn’t have to be grand in scale to make a statement. Still loving this little teddy moment with custom signage that our mama-to-be got to take home! And that custom blue pearl balloon is still one of my all time favorite colors.

Did you know balloons can be an eco-friendly option? We only use 100% natural rubber latex balloons that are fully biodegradable; our mylars can be reused; and we never, ever release balloons into the air.

Today we helped celebrate the re-opening of IKEA Woodbridge’s As-Is section, which is filled with good-as-new items without bulky packaging, sold at discounted prices. As-Is products are a fabulous option to help reduce the impact to our planet!
