The Early Bird rate for Vendors starts at just $35 - this Discounted Rate ends at 5 pm ET this Friday, October 25th. For non-Vendors, this free event is open to the public, and all food donations brought to the event will be delivered to AFAC (Arlington Food Assistance Center) in Arlington.

A $100 deposit is required during the signing of the contract, and will be credited to your final cost.
Services Broken Down More Specifically
Venue Selections: We have close relationships with many venues in the Tri-State area.
Caterer Selections: We have many caterers to choose from to accommodate any kind of cuisine(s) you want at your event.
Bakeries: Whether it’s cookies or cannolis, we will help you find your preferred baker for your event needs.
Event Staffing: Let us know how many people you think you will need to staff your event. Includes bartenders, servers, housekeeping, and other staffers.
Music: From live music to DJ’s, we will find the right kind of sounds for your event.
Decorations: Tell us your event theme and we will provide the perfect decor for the occasion.
Flowers: With your input, we will select your preferred florals to add a lovely touch to your event.
Invitations: Select your invitations. We will address and deliver them for you. Postage is an additional fee.
Auction Supplies: (Auction items not included) We will provide you with everything you need for the perfect auction.
Gifts: We will help you find the perfect gift for the person being celebrated.
