I feel so proud each time I get a chance to set up a tea ceremony because I feel I am doing my small part to promote and help families preserve the Vietnamese spirit and its noble wedding traditions. 🥰🥹

I am very hesitant to show up in my pictures, but I decided to do so because my client today encouraged me to show the face behind Dream Floral Art. This picture was taken right after we finished set-up for tomorrow’s tea ceremony so this is how you would see me when I show up at your house for installation. Maybe I should show up on IG more made-up and more dressed-up? 🫣

As the year of the Dragon approaches on February 10, families are preparing to usher in the new year with rituals and traditions. An essential part of preparing for the Vietnamese Tet holiday is to prepare a five fruit tray for the altar to show gratitude to ancestors as well as to show aspirations for prosperity. The selection of the five fruits depends on regional differences. This particular tray was prepared for a retail shop that caters to the public from different regions, so we incorporated fruits meaningful to all regions in Vietnam. Rich in symbolic meanings, fruit trays encapsulate the essence of prosperity, happiness, and auspicious beginnings. Don’t forget to prepare a fruit tray for your altar to usher in a prosperous new year!🧧🍎🍍🍊
