Songs of the Arcana: A Journey Through the Tarot with Songs and Ritual

Discover the Tarot like never before through the powerful synergy of music, ritual, and education. This workshop features award-winning artist Tess Posner alongside Casey Zabala author, artist, intuitive witch, and the founder of Modern Witches.

Together, we will explore three Tarot cards: the Tower, The High Priestess and the Moon, delving into their meanings, history, and rich symbolism. Following this, Tess Posner will perform a song crafted specifically for one of the cards, offering a musical experience that helps us connect deeply with the card’s energy and themes. The workshop also includes time for meditation, journaling, and group sharing, allowing you to reflect on how these archetypes resonate within your own life.

I’ve just reached the 7-year anniversary of our mystical portal. It has been a true blessing, though not without its challenges, especially with the difficulties brick-and-mortar businesses have faced in recent years. At times, I almost felt like giving up, but it never seemed like the right choice. After countless hours exploring new ways to run a business in these changing times, I’m thrilled to have discovered fresh paths forward. Stay tuned for the exciting new ventures on the horizon!

⚡️Haight Ashbury Street Faire⚡️
I first moved to San Francisco when I was 23. I lived on Ashbury st at Haight. In the same house that Janis Joplin once lived. I had a motorcycle and had to pop start it on the hill every day. Yes, I was a bit of a daredevil devil in my youth 😂 I worked on Haight st and I was a live music and goth club ju**ie. San Francisco had live music every night in so many incredible venues and so many cool clubs. I feel so lucky to have this as my history in SF…It was an epic era for sure!

Fast forward to this year….I will have a booth, for the eleventh house, at the Haight Ashbury Faire! If only my younger self could have known this. So fun!
