Fairfield Bay Conference & Visitor Center is a fully operational Conference Center with offerings of meeting space for all sorts of events ranging from Conferences, Lectures, Seminars, Retreats, Reunions, Weddings, Parties, Trade Shows & other Events. The Conference Center has large conference room of an approximately 5,000 square feet that can accommodate 450 to 500 people. One of the rooms conta

ins a stage and a small dance floor. The room has a state of the art sound system. The Conference Center is divided into three basic areas--the Our Towne Performing Arts Center (a theatre) which is supported by North Central Arkansas Foundation for the Arts and Education; the North Central Arkansas Fine Arts Gallery, currently featuring 26 artists, (http://www.ncafae.org) and the Meeting and Conference Center areas. The Fairfield Bay Conference Center will be an eclipse information center for visitors Thursday, April 4th to Sunday, April 7th. Hours will be 8 to 5 each day, they will have eclipse bags full of information about the area as well as free eclipse glasses. Other information centers are:

Indian Hills Golf Course
Mountain Ranch pool
Woodland Mead Park
Fairfield Bay campground and marina

We will be closed April 8th and 9th and will reopen Wednesday, April 10th. We hope everyone has a safe and memorable eclipse!
