“Hi! My name is Kelsey Rice, I am a passionate yoga teacher with about 3 years of exeperience teaching and about 10 years of personal practice. I am drawn to yoga for its ability to bring more wisdom and integration to my mind, body and spirit. I currently specialize in Hatha yoga (a style of yoga that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques to bring the body and emotions into greater alignment), and Yin/restorative yoga (a style that promotes relaxation, flexibility and imroves joint and ligament range of motion). My goal is to promote more integrity, joy and wisdom by bringing people into a deeper relationship with their bodies.”

We’re so excited to continue to offer more yoga classes at RJ on Main! Join Kelsey this Tuesday and Thursday at 5 PM and Saturday morning at 9 AM or Chris Thursday mornings at 6:30 AM!

It's that time of year again:) The Fairfield Retail Merchants Story Book Walk will start tomorrow. Window shop and find the story book page in each window. Once you have completed the story, go into a participating merchant and let them know you read the story. They will give you a free book. Limited books available so don't wait🎄

👏🏼 Hey parents!! We know the holidays can be stressful! It’s a lot of work 😅 bringing Christmas cheer 🎄 all month long! The decorating, the elf, the cookies, the dress up days… the list goes on and on…

How about you take a night off, and let us help out for a couple of hours! Bring your Kindergarten to 3rd graders to RJ on Main on December 14 to unleash their inner giggle monsters and dive into a wonderland of fun! Each child will craft their own gingerbread masterpiece 🎨 , indulge in scrumptious pizza 🍕 , slurp on hot cocoa ☕️ , and strike silly poses 🤪 in our fabulous photo 📸 booth!

Cost is $25 per child. Parents can drop off at 5 PM and pickup around 7! All supplies and food is included!
