Good morning Waterville,

Due to the large number of expected pedestrians near the Parade of Lights line up, we will be closing BOTH Southbound lanes of College Avenue from Oak Street to Chaplin Street to accommodate the line up. This will occur at 3 PM. Line up starts at 4 PM.

Please be patient and use alternate routes.
