Here is the BIG NEWS! I hope you think it is as exciting as we think it is.
After 30 years of making cheesecakes for our community, Dennis Zurliene is giving it up and has entrusted Big Boy Catering with his recipes. He is a good friend and a wonderful baker. We feel proud to take over his tradition of making tasty cheesecakes.
Thanks Dennis for your trust and your knowledge you have shared with us. We are looking forward to carrying on your tradition.

Pumpkin pie, Peach Cobbler, Apple pie, Pecan pie, Layered Lush (choose your flavor), etc..

Turkey, Ham, Brisket, and Pork Loin. Take and warm up pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Thanksgiving Sides: Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Bean Casserole, Corn, Dressing, Noodles and brisket, and Homemade Rolls. Order early for take and bake pickup on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Almost turkey time! Working on plans for Thanksgiving.
Offering meat orders and take and bake sides for pickup on the Tuesday and Wednesday before. Meat sides warm up well and most sides will only take you about 1 1/2 to bake or warm up on the stove. Deserts can also be ordered for pickup on these two days.
On Thursday, we will offer individual plates with choices of meat, sides, and a roll. Dessert will also be available. Pickup must be completed by 1:00 pm.
STAY TUNED for more details. But get on our list early as we will be short staffed and not be able to accommodate everyone.

Thanks to everyone that stopped by the tent during fall fun fest! You are very appreciated! Loved seeing everyone supporting all the local booths.
It was a crazy week and so much depends on our workers with whom we could not do without. A big thanks to Cheryl Holmes who is the “right hand man” in everything done at Big Boy. Also huge thanks to Becky and Terry Stahl, David and Allison Robson, Denise Lang, Dylan Fleener, and Janel Tate for always being able to step in and make things run smoothly. To Britany and Andy Pope and Alaina for all you do at the booth and at the kitchen at home to get everything ready. Love to all of you!!
Thanks for being patient when you had to wait. It is difficult to determine how much food to start with and it takes an hour to slow cook the meat in the smoker to make the chops and porkburgers the best. The grill came in handy, but not the way we like to finish the product. However, your patronage is very much appreciated and we hope you continue to come back.
Thanks to the fall fun fest committee for your generous donation of time and all the sponsors in making this event what it is—a community celebration. Your work and support does not go unnoticed.
