Although its been quite some time, our silence has not been in vain! We have been hard at work and are excited to finally welcome you into the world of Whitehall Event Center.

We want to first say thank you for all of your continued patience as we navigate these uncharted waters, as well as show our gratitude for all of your inquiries and support!

To show our gratitude, we are happy to announce that we are waiving our room fees through July 2024! This will include tables and chairs to fill, along with linens to accompany every booking!

Our event coordinators are actively taking booking requests for the 2024 & 2025 calendar years. Don’t worry, if you have yet to reserve your date we still have plenty of availability.

Stay tuned as we finalize our website, and partnering platforms such as The Knot & Wedding Wire. In the meantime, we have put together a form we hope will answer all of your initial questions and help you along your planning processes. If you haven't already .. feel free to contact us for additional information!

Getting Ready for the Holiday Craft and Vendor Show: A Special Announcement

With the holiday season fast approaching, our team is hard at work preparing for our annual Holiday Craft and Vendor Show.

As a sneak peek, we wanted to share with you some of our impressive raffle baskets that you'll have a chance to win.
Here's how you can participate. For a nominal admission fee of $5, you will receive a card with the names of small businesses that supported our event. Half of the proceeds raised from the admission fee will be donated to the Marion County Salvation Army.
If you visit the stores listed on your card and bring it back to us, you'll receive an automatic five chances to win. Additionally, tickets for the raffle will be available for purchase at the event.

While we're disappointed to announce that Santa didn't approve our mimosa bar, we do have a hot chocolate bar ready to go! We'll also be offering cinnamon rolls, muffins, donuts, and homemade wraps for lunch.

Join us this Saturday, November 25th from 9am-4pm inside the Middletown Commons to shop small and support local businesses. Check out the list of vendors who will be setting up shop!🎉
