What a treat for those who attended Vicki Beckendorf's artists meet and greet. Viewers were engaged by the richly diverse and thought-provoking exhibit, supplemented by expert guidance on oil painting from the artist, and a chance to see the new work that she is working on. Vicki's artwork will be on display to the public until December 20, encouraging further exploration. Stop by the Red Rock and check it out.

Vicki is a fiscal year 2024 recipient of a Creative Individuals grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board. This activity is made possible by the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Minnesota State Arts Board, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

Another wonderful art show is now on display at the Red Rock. "Transitions," created by Vicki Beckendorf, is a thought provoking exhibit you won't want to miss. Join us this Sunday from 1:30 to 3:00 PM for light refreshments while you view the exhibit and have the opportunity to visit with the artist.

This exhibit will be on display through Friday, December 20. The gallery is open Tuesday and Thursday 10am-4pm, and after hours by appointment.

Last night left me speechless. It was a nice reminder of why I do what I do. Managing a nonprofit is not always easy and it defiantly comes with its own set of challenges, but to see a room filled with music and smiling faces makes it all worth it. It was a full house and such an outstanding performance by Phil Thompson and John. We are so blessed and I'm so proud of the Red Rock and all that is and brings to the community. Special thanks to last night's sponsor, PetersonAnthony Insurance Agency, the voters of Minnesota through a grant from the Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council, thanks to a legislative appropriation from the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, our wonderful team of volunteers, and all who attended and support live music. Fred Keller and Bill Cagley engaged in a lively lunchtime performance featuring timeless music and captivating stories from earlier eras. The complimentary hot dog lunch was delicious, too.
