The manor house can accommodate the largest of groups with 10 classically appointed bedrooms, 8 1/2 marble bathrooms and 6 fireplaces. The estate grounds also boast a large river lodge with a kitchen and dining hall, expansive multi-tiered 2400 sq. deck overlooking the Cohansey, large private boat ramp, dock, billiard/game house, trap/skeet shed with automatic clay launcher, 5600 sq. historic dairy barn, corn crib, and several other buildings of historic interest.

Outdoor Gathering Capacity Limits Increased: As of last Friday, outdoor gatherings limits have increased to 500 persons. Outdoor religious services and political activities will continue to have no numerical limits. All indoor gatherings continue to be limited to 25% capacity of the rooms in which they will take place, with a maximum of 100 persons.

Thank you for your patience during these challenging times. Until now, the lack of transparency from the Governor's office has caused a significant amount of uncertainty in understanding how we could continue with weddings in 2020.

Fortunately, today, the Governor provided some much needed information. Murphy just announced today that attendance at outdoor gatherings — except for protests and religious events — will go from 25 to 100 people, effective immediately. Murphy said the number will increase to 250 on June 22 and 500 people on July 3 if the downward trend in the state’s COVID-19 outbreak continues.

Since a wedding is a religious event, we feel that we may be open to additional guests even earlier. Regardless, the limit should be well over 200 for outdoor guests by August.

The current limit on indoor guests is 50, however that number may be significantly larger for religious events. We also expect that number to increase in late June and July as long as COVID continues its downward trend. We will be working to get more information on those numbers from the Governor's office.
