South Jersey Waterfront Barn Weddings
Nestled deep in the heart of the south Jersey shore, lies the Eagle Manor estate which dates back to the early 1700’s. The estate is located in total seclusion on the Cohansey River, the deepest river in New Jersey, just a 15 minute boat ride away from the Delaware Bay.
The manor house can accommodate the largest of groups with 10 classically appointed bedrooms, 8 1/2 marble bathrooms and 6 fireplaces. The estate grounds also boast a large river lodge with a kitchen and dining hall, expansive multi-tiered 2400 sq. ft. deck overlooking the Cohansey, large private boat ramp, dock, billiard/game house, 5600 sq. ft. historic dairy barn, corn crib, and several other buildings of historic interest.
The 12 acre estate is surrounded by more than 6000 acres of preserved land which provides some of the best hunting and fishing New Jersey has to offer. Bird watching at Eagle Manor is unparalleled in the continental United States due to its central location on the eastern migratory flyway and it’s large concentration of bald eagles, ospreys, and other raptors unmatched anywhere else in New Jersey.
