Christmas is 6 months from now & venues will start booking early for your company Christmas party!! We have a few spaces we’ve partnered with to allow you some Christmas party options - both venues and catering.

In 2022 I planned a birthday party for each of our kids.
Lane turned 18.
Bella turned 10.
And Iris turned 5.
And during each of those parties, I worked my rear end off. Leading up to each one, my best friend helped me prepare as much as we could without being on site.
But the day of the parties I was setting up, cleaning up, tearing down & making sure that everything went smoothly. Needless to say, I wasn’t super present with my kiddos on their special days.
📸 Most of the pictures I have were taken by other people.
💭 I can’t remember how excited or happy they were throughout the parties because I was cleaning up after people & making sure that there was enough food / activity items for people.
I missed valuable moments because I was doing it all myself; which is why Headen to the Party, LLC came to life.
You deserve to be present.

We are so happy to be helping organize this benefit for such an amazing family.
I have personally know the Kranzo family for quite a few years and each and every one of them are the sweetest people on the face of this earth.
Read Thea’s story:
Thea Kranzo was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020. She has been and still is fighting hard but the endless treatments and traveling to buffalo often has put a lot of stress not only on her, but her family as well. Thea has reached remission more than once in the last 4 years, but the cancer has sadly returned again. This
time the cancer was found in her right and left arm lymph nodes, her chest and her brain.
Proceeds from this event will benefit the Kranzo family with medical expenses, travel expenses, and loss of income.
We ask that you join us on June 23, 2024 at Village Casino from 12p-5p to support a family that is near and dear to our hearts!

We refer to this as incidentals - extra people showed up you weren’t expecting; something broke at your venue and you’re required to replace it; your dog ate all the hot dogs because someone left them within reach….anything can happen.

What does that mean for you??
👰🏼 We’ll start by reviewing all of your vendor contracts & making sure you have all the vendors you need in place. Essentially, I’m going to ensure that you don’t get to the day of your wedding and say “OH $H*+ I forgot ______!” No forgetting here, babe! We’re going to make sure that you’re covered! Then, on the day of your wedding, I will be the point of contact for your vendors so you get to spend the day checked in emotionally & stress free.
🕰️ We’re going to create a timeline for your big day & I’ll be there to personally make sure that everyone (from your vendors to your families) sticks to that timeline.
🍽️ I’m going to come to your rehearsal, meet your wedding party, & make sure your timeline is followed so that you can celebrate and enjoy dinner afterwards.
🪑 I’m going to handle the logistics for you! You have 200 guests? Great. I’m going to make sure no guest is without a chair. From set up to tear down, I’ll be on board to handle & solve the problems for you so that nobody is bombarding you with questions!
🌟 The short version:: my goal is to help bring your vision to life & keep everything flowing on the one day you deserve to be fully present with the love of your life.

We are so grateful for everyone who came to our JJ Meet and Greet at The Studio On Front this past Saturday! You are the reason we do what we do 🫶🏻
One of the biggest questions I get is about food! It’s really hard for most people to gauge exactly how much is enough. Here are my best tips for making sure you have enough food, but you’re not left with a fridge full of leftovers you’re going to throw out: 1. When possible, hire a caterer. This is their specialty area & they are well versed in planning perfectly when it comes to food! 2. For a cocktail/appetizer only party: plan for 6-8 apps per person. Some people will definitely eat more, but some will eat less. It really ends up evening out when you plan this way. 3. For Charcuterie: I plan about 2oz of meats & cheese per person & approximately a palm full of fruits and veggies. Most people go for the meat and cheese first, so you’ll find yourself needing more of that and less veggies. 4. Finally, there’s a moment when you’re in the store and you’re about to cash out & you say to yourself “I’m really worried this won’t be enough”. It’s at that moment that you’re about to buy WAY more than you need. Go ahead and cash out. Worst case scenario, you can always send someone to the store really quick if you need to! We all want the perfect amount of food at our parties. But if you’re left with a little in the fridge, that’s okay too! Most party food makes great snacks and leftover meals the next day!
Our Princess Tea Party is one of my favorite events every single year! Thank you to all of our princesses who dedicated your time to making these little ladies so happy! & thank you to everyone who came - you are truly the reason we get to do what we love!

I’ve always been in love with the details. My mind gravitates toward them. Small things that people wouldn’t typically think of make the biggest difference in my mind. The small things can often feel tedious & tend to get people into a paralysis because it can be overwhelming. But the thing you’re overwhelmed about is something that gives me LIFE because I’m able to focus on it and tackle it head it.
Creating these flowers for the Xplosion All-Stars Halloween party was super fun! I’ve also gotten a ton of questions on them since we posted the reveal of the backdrop! Let me show you how to make them!!!
We partnered with Xplosion All-Stars this year to provide some relief when it came to events & help take a little off their plate. They requested a spooky but cute backdrop for their adult only Halloween party guests to be able to take pictures in front of & I couldn’t be happier with how this turned out!
