Hello Everyone
I hope that the last year ended with Blessings and Good Favor and that the New Year will bring an Abundance of Blessings and Good Favor for all.
I come to you now with a Plead to hear this story in it's entirety and with an open mind and with kindness in your hearts.
We launched this Business 8 years ago; January 2017 and with High Hopes and a Mind full of Dreams and passion in our hearts for the Future to come.
Knowimg absolutely nothing about running a business and knowing absolutely nothing about what it will take to do so. Starting with almost nothing in equipment and basically no money at all. All I knew was how much I had grew a passion for cooking Mexican Food and wanted to share that with as many people as I could.
Over the years thru our many mistakes, many trials and tribulations we gained the much needed knowledge it would take to run a food business. Equipment was purchase piece by piece from each event we held. Experiences were gained as well as struggles with so many obstacles as most business owners tend to have.
Just as we began to gain our footing and structure in the business world of serving food, 2020 came along and the Pandemic hit the World hard and everything change for us as it did for so many everywhere . As most remember our story back then it was of the most heart breaking and difficult time that took it's tole on our family and the business. By the Grace of God, our Loving Amazing Community rallied behind us and seen us thru it, allowing our family to try every opportunity to try and save a family member. We were blown away then and learned the true meaning of being apart of such a caring community such as ours. This city has welcomed and embraced our family that came from California in hopes of a safer & brighter future for our kids, with sincerity & kindness , and did the same with our business.
The business had to come to a complete hault from September 2020 thru January 2021.
Which hit us hard financially none the less we held onto hope, prayed hard & pushed forward.
2021 we began the year in the minus, debt against us. We worked hard to bounce back and get into the green, and we almost did it too,but then every year since then there has been a need for time away from the business due to medical reasons, I had to care for my mom 2022 (about month long away) thru her Hip Surgery Recovery in California, I had to take time off in 2023 for my own Surgery Recovery (6weeks) then just a few short months later same year had to take time off to help my dad thru his hip surgery recovery in Tennessee (almost a month) and then in 2024 I had to return to California to help my mother pack up her & my grandmother's home of 20+ years after loosing both my grandfather & just 5 days later my grandmother (a month away).
Each time off the business had to come to a complete hault, and when that happens there is no money being made to cover the bills of the business and there is no income coming in to pay payroll.
And we began each new year still in the red deep minus in numbers and struggling to make ends meet in both business and home. We kept having to take away from the home to keep the business bills afloat.
I come to you now with Real True Honest Transparency, just as We Always have done. This has been a very difficult decision to make; whether or not to bring this to you Our Community's attention; who has helped us grow our business to the extend that it has.
We have received mulitple Community Awards and was featured in the Fargo Monthly and have been seen on the news mulitple times, all because of our Community's love and support.
All blessings given to us from God thru each of you! And you our community who has seen us thru our darkest time in the past, we come to you in the same hope that you will find it in your hearts to help see us thru this time and help us not have to let go of our Family Owned & Operated Business that we have worked extremely hard to build , to learn, to dream and hold onto hope thru it all.
We can still see a future for us if we can get a grasps on things, we are a hard workimg family that is willing to burn the candle at both ends to survive and thrive doing something that we love to do, Cook Delicious Traditional Homestyle Mexican Food and serve it with the Love & Integrity that went into making it, seal it with a heart felt smile full of gratitude.
That's what we represent to the younger generations in our family, we want to teach them to dream, to hope, to believe and to know how to help others in their time of need.

We would honestly rather earn the money than have to ask for a donation, but we also understand that we have to put our pride and embarrassment aside and try to do absolutely everything we can to not let go of this business. We have high hopes for our future.
We dream of owning a Full Service Food Truck and know that will open more opportunities for us to serve at a larger scale, which will then earn our way to our Taqueria location.
We believe in the Good Lord, and we believe in our community and we believe in ourselves and know together we can & will overcome!
