We will be closed until Saturday 12/28 when we open for our retail hours from 10:00am-2:00pm.

Never fear! We have (6) take home kits available for pick up TOMORROW, Saturday, 12/14 from 10:00am-2:00pm or Tuesday, December 17th during our Festivi-Cheese Holiday Showcase from 5:30om-8:00pm at our retail location.

The will allow you to create your own edible masterpiece by decorating a charcuterie chalet using an array of delicious meats, cheeses, and garnishes into a delightful holiday-themed structure. This kit allows you to build a unique charcuterie chalet at home! They are $40 and include everything you will need.

Did you know we currently have stock of the famous Rush Creek Reserve?

This cheese is SO SPECIAL 🙌🏻🙌🏻 made by Andy Hatch and team at Uplands cheese. I had the opportunity to visit the creamery this fall, pet some cows 🐄, get a tour, and see these beautiful cheeses in aging action.

Rush Creek Reserve
Produced only in the fall, as the diet of the cows begins to change from summer pasture to the winter’s dry hay. This rich milk is perfect for a cheese like Rush Creek, so soft and decadent that it’s often referred to as savory custard. Each cheese is wrapped in spruce bark, which gives shape to the cheese and imparts a subtle woodsy flavor. Cut carefully around the edge of the bark, and peel back the top. You can bake it! Honestly it’s so good with Ruffles potato chips or beef jerky. Drink a Gewürztraminer for a truly delicious pairing!
