Lolli's Kitchen is progressing into the next phase of things today as I have sold the food truck and will be operating out of a private commercial kitchen. I will continue my weekly Friday lunch delivery as well as working to grow the catering aspect of this food lover's life! Excited to release a catering menu in the near future, so stay tuned. As we head into Autumn, Lolli's Kitchen will be delivering lunches on Fridays to local businesses. To those I've spoken with already Thank you for your support! Any business that would like to participate please reach out to me via Messenger or text 217-836-9865. The menu will be introduced each Monday and the orders will be collected each Wednesday by noon. We will deliver in 15 minutes intervals throughout lunchtime. Priority time slots are assigned dependent upon the number of orders per location. We hope this will be a fun Friday lunch to look forward to each week and appreciate everyone's participation! Thanks!

We are happy to be back in action tomorrow (Wednesday) across from Dewey's with a fresh new lunch that's sure to please! Cream cheese and Avocado BLT Club with turkey, ham, herbs and red onion. Stacked high on grilled multigrain Panini bread. If summer were a sandwich this would be it! Served as always with our seasoned Lolli wedges and a drink...only $14.

We will be open at 1130 this Friday at the Eisner building across from Dewey's. We are open for walk ups and also for delivery tomorrow!

From time to time I will prep a little too much food for an event. Much of it ends up going to waste and I've had numerous people say... I would have bought that the next day! I've decided Lolli's will introduce what we're calling the "All that and a bag of chips" lunch. I will post the item after the end of my event and if anyone would like to reserve delivery for lunch the next day (locally), they can message me and reserve their meal. Today I have double bacon smash cheeseburgers with a soda and a bag of chips for $10 delivered. Quantities are limited and some orders are already in so let me know ASAP if you would like lunch delivered to your home or business by noon today. Thanks!

Looking forward to Thursday night at the farmers market on the square in Farmer City!
This week we will be featuring The Baby Bellissimo! Baby Bella mushrooms sauteed with caramelized onions and melty Gouda on toasty golden Italian bread. Served with or without crispy bacon. The meal comes paired with a fresh tomato cucumber salad taster and as always our seasoned Lolli wedges. We will also have our grilled, BBQ seasoned pork chop sandwich stacks again this week. It should be a nice cool evening, I hope to see everybody there!
