Here's our Thanksgiving 2024 Menu.
The Details: Pick up Wed 27th by 12pm in Farmer City. 2pm in Champaign - location TBD or Mahomet after 5pm.

*Quantity equals # of pounds desired. Whole Turkey is a minimum of 12 pounds.
Both ham & turkey weight is raw weight before roasting.

I have spent most of the day at Dr Appointments for Ellie Jo. She isn't feeling well at the moment. I absolutely hate to say this, I need to do pick ups on Friday and Saturday. Due to her being sick the last few days and having a super rough night last night, I am running on fumes. I have my ideas and ingredients, I just need the time. When we head home this eveing, I will be starting to work on a few of the desserts. I am so sorry to do this again. Life right now, it is a lot. But like most things, this too shall pass! Thank you for understanding.

I am making the sample Trays for pick up on Thurs or Friday.

I have a ton of dessert and breakfast/brunch recipes and a few lunch/ dinner/possible freezer meal type recipes.

Whew!
I am a little bit more pulled together now. Thursday October 3rd will be our new Pick Up day! So if you commented that you were wanting a tray, I am happy to meet with you on that Thursday or even Friday the 4th to get you your sample tray(s).

I will message all who commented and ask if this date works! Thank you for being understanding. I am really excited for these recipes and ideas!

Hey Everybody. I have literally bit off more then I can chew this week. Due to various appointments and mom life, I haven't had the time to get into the kitchen to make all the yummy delicious things. Would it be alright if we push pick up to another date? I am exhausted and need a day or two to catch up!

Ok! So as always, I am way behind. Here's the next recipe sampler box. PU will be Saturday the 21st. Order Cut offs will be Saturday the 14th. Pick Up will be in Farmer City. Mahomet or Champaign.

Or do a combination!

$15 buys in for a sample box. If you do a combination sampler, it is $25 you get all 3!

Made Beef potpie from left overs tonight.

The Beef started out as a slow roasted Beef, then turned into Beef and gravy over buttered noodles and made it's way into it's finale of Beef Potpie. I had some veggies left over too! The dough on top is garlic cheese herb biscuit that's gluten free! I love using what I have!
