Sorry everyone for the delay in posting the pics of the latest macaron flavors. My new job has been keeping me pretty busy! So we have a couple of new flavors this week. The first is Lemon Strawberry Cheesecake. The beauty of this recipe is it could be lemon paired with any jam flavoring. I just chose strawberry because it's what I had on hand. :) Second flavor is Red Velvet! Had a lot of requests for a red velvet macaron so here y'all go! Introducing Triple Berry Fluff macarons! Featuring not one, not two but three different jams surrounded by a layer of marshmallow fluff! I used strawberry, raspberry, and elderberry jam but any combination of jams can be used.
