I'm Heidi owner of SBP. I'm a New England based photographer. I travel all over Maine & NewEngland for family & wedding photography. Lifestyle photography, and organic moments is my focus & passion. I love to travel. Hawaii so far is my favorite destination. I'm a wife to my highschool sweetheart Ted. We have 2 children Abby & Sam, and a pup named Eve. We love outdoor adventures.

Long days at the lake near where we live is our favorite! One of my favorite things to do though is people watching! I know that sounds odd, but people are fascinating. How people interact is interesting to me. That's why I love photography. I love capturing those moments. Funny, sweet, beautiful unique all of it! Photography has always been my passion. I love capturing the story. Either at a wedding or at each session I love capturing each story. Sometimes the wife is more serious & the husband is the goof ball or trying to get her to laugh or theirs one kid that's silly. No matter what the story is my goal is to capture it, so you can remember your life the way it was in that moment. I love capturing people year after year! It's my favorite... Pine Point Beach a little bit before sunset with this absolutely gorgeous family! These moments will be cherished for generations to come. We had such a blast together. I got to run around and play airplane with the boys & we captured many special moments. I can't believe I get to call this my job! Thank you so much for your love & support. Love all these families dearly ❤️

As I was editing this gallery, all I could think of was how much I would have loved a session like this at the beach of my family. I wish I had booked one. I have taken many pictures of my children at the beach, but no family pictures together are done professionally. Don't make the mistake I did and wait. Book the session! It's something you will never regret!

Senior Class Of 2025
When your senior lives in Pennsylvania but wants to have senior pictures in Maine, because it's where some of their best summer memories were made!
I was so excited to take Scotty's senior pictures. It was a blast creating an adventure session for him. The Old Town Canoe made this feel so Maine!

Just got back from the best two night stay at THE LINDSEY GUEST HOUSE. The room was so cozy. The breakfast was delicious both mornings, but what will keep me coming back is the owner, Raleigh. She's so very kind & friendly. After just a few conversations, I felt like I'd known her for years. She was very helpful in answering any questions about the area or places to eat for dinner. We also received upon arrival a handmade guide book made by Raleigh herself full of places to eat, shopping, coffee shops, and adventures to go on in the area. This ended up leading me to find the cutest & most delicious coffee shop in Rockport called .
It was sad to leave, so we said, "See you again soon" instead of goodbyes. I'm so looking forward to going back.

There are no words for how much I loved this session!!! The Adam's family is so very beautiful & sweet. The three boys were so much fun to take pictures of. We skipped rocks we danced, and we looked for sea shells. This session at the beach made for an abundance of breathtaking moments & images captured.

I used to live here on the island, so it felt like coming home. It made for a wonderful session knowing exactly where to go during sunset to capture these moments for them.

Weddings are so much fun to document. Every one is unique. What I loved most about Kelsey & Brandon's wedding day was that they made it their own & it felt like we all got to see them as a couple & who they are as people instead of the same old traditional wedding day on repeat. It was a celtic ceremony with thoughtful vows shared.. The ceremony ending with the groomsmen jumping in the lake to cool off from the hot summer day heat. Sebago Lake made for a gorgeous backdrop, with its mountain ranges & crystal blue water.

Kelsey & Brandon were surrounded by friends & family to share a beautiful wedding day that was so thoughtful, and well orchestrated. Beautiful wild flowers were placed in antique bottles on top of lace table clothes making for a very elegant vintage vibe. It was a beautiful day pulled together by the bride & groom and many family members. It was a day any guest will remember as the most special day to of been a part of.
Thank you (Kelsey & Brandon) for choosing me to capture this most special day in your life! I loved every moment & detail so much!

Behind the scenes from my assistant Miah yesterday.

What a beautiful & full day yesterday was. Started out with capturing such a beautiful wedding on Sebago Lake in Casco, Maine then ended the night with a beautiful family session on Bailey islands in Harpswell.

My cup is full and I'm so grateful to be able to capture these beautiful people!

PSA- This is my super busy season friends. Family sessions take 2 weeks to edit and get to you all finished up, and then the wedding pictures take 4 to 6 weeks to edit & finished up.

I won't be able to do many previews of sessions. As I'm working on editing & getting images to each individual as promptly as possible. I will try to have a preview for my sweet married couple asap though. Wedding day previews are a must. And is something I've always done. Thank you for your love and thank you for your patience.

There's so many things I loved about this session. The family themselves share the closest & sweetest connection. Then there's the lighting. It was evening so very soft & the lupins were popping. Lupin sessions are in full bloom!! I couldn't be more excited. Sweet little Bryn was such a joy to take pictures of. What a happy baby she is! We had limited time on this session because we had an intense rain shower that blew through during our session. Thankful for all the smiles she gave me in a short amount of time!
