Another exciting year is ahead of us, and we couldn’t be more honored to be part of it. Over the past four years, Red Coats Ladies have hosted their annual team retreats at FCW! What began as an intimate gathering focused on updating headshots has organically grown into something so much bigger. It has evolved into an amazing industry event, bringing together some of the most talented planners, coordinators, and creative partners in the event world.
There’s something truly special about having so many passionate, like-minded professionals in one space. In an industry built on trust, collaboration, and creativity, these moments to connect face-to-face are invaluable. Relationships are at the heart of everything we do, and events like this are a reminder of how powerful it is when the industry’s finest come together, not just to work, but to inspire one another, share ideas, and continue raising the standard.
As we step into the 5th year, we’re beyond excited to see how this event continues to grow and evolve. Each year brings new energy, new connections, and new opportunities, and we’re incredibly grateful to host such an inspiring group under our roof. We’re honored to be a space where creativity thrives and where some of the best in the industry can gather, collaborate, and celebrate how far they’ve come.
