Ready to Paint & Picnic with us on July 27th? Meet our guest artist instructor, Caitlin Allen!

Caitlin Allen is an educator, painter, and ceramic artist! She developed her love for painting while studying Illustration at Rhode Island School of Design. For eight years, Caitlin shared her passion for creativity as the visual art teacher at Principia Upper School in St. Louis, Missouri. Now you can find her working from her home studio, teaching workshops focused on watercolor, oil painting, and ceramics, or tending to her garden with her husband Joel.

Blue Bell Farm's Paint & Picnic is open to artists of all levels. Don't worry if you are a beginner artist, you'll be in great company as Caitlin guides us through practice exercises and watercolor techniques before beginning your summer-inspired bouquet!

Winter Retreat Schedule

9am: Guest Arrival. Grab a cup of tea or coffee and join us by the fire!

10am: Energizing & Warming Morning Flow led by Amber Treece MoonYoga
Breath work and a series of poses that will warm the body and our hearts. This flow is made to help us open up and find heat to energize us as winter comes to a close. We will end with a Winter’s End Meditation.

11:15 Restore & Reset Flow
led by Amber Treece. Slow and dynamic movements that are designed to allow us to sink deeper into the muscles and clear the mind.

12:30 Delicious & Organic Lunch - provided by Nourish Cafe & Market

1:30 Winter Walking Meditation
led by Sarah Sandkuhl Yoga

Hi Friends! We're so excited for our Fall Flow at the Farm Retreat this Saturday, 11/11!

This beautiful retreat experience will include:

fireside conversations
candlelight yoga
meditations
sound bathing
hiking
delicious food & drinks from Beet Box

The Blue Bell Bar will be open as well and we will have some lovely fall inspired wine and cocktails available for purchase!

We hope that you can join us. Tickets are on sale through Wednesday!

All classes will be led by Catina Topash Catina is a certified Yoga Therapist, YogaFit Yoga Therapy Faculty member and Sound Healer.

Retreat guests should bring a pillow, blanket, block and bolster, yoga mat, hiking clothing and a water bottle.

We're so excited to share all of the dreamy details for our Fall Flow at the Farm Womens' Retreat on November 11th!

10am - Guest Arrival
Enjoy hot beverages and conversation by the cozy fire.

10:30 Candlelight Chakra practice
We will begin our morning in the beautiful candle- lit barn. The flow of movement and breath will unite our bodies, breath, mind and spirit.

12:00 Yoga Nidra Meditation
Our Yoga Nidra meditation will awaken us to the polarities that exist within us to allow us to feel more connected with ourselves and each other.

12:30 Lunch
Enjoy a delicious fall lunch on the patio. After lunch, guests are invited to relax by the fireplace or on the scenic covered deck.

1:30 pm The Sounds and Shapes of Nature
We will expand our consciousness to the vibration of the sounds and shapes of nature. Catina will inform us on how vibration (inherent in all things) can create specific shapes and form-including our own DNA!

2:00 Sacred Nature Hike
Now that we understand the ultimate connection between nature, vibrations, and shapes, we will discover that nature isn't random. It is a beautiful design. During our hike around the farm, you will be encouraged to find shapes and patterns to collect and bring back to the barn to create a beautiful nature mandala.

3:00 Yin Yoga
Discover the sacred shapes of the body and the energetic and physical effects they have on the body in during a peaceful Yin practice,.

4:00 Relax and enjoy delicious appetizers, music and drinks. Guests may also purchase cocktails or wine from the Blue Bell Bar.

5:00 Sacred Sound Bath
We will finish our day with a healing and soothing sound immersion. Guests will be bathed in sound to create healing and transformation through vibration.

All classes will be led by Catina Topash. Catina is a certified Yoga Therapist, YogaFit Yoga Therapy faculty member and Sound Healer.

Our delicious lunch and cocktail hour bites will be provided by Beet Box. Beet Box

Guests should bring a yoga mat, preferred props, layers for hiking and a water bottle.

We've done a lot of introducing ourselves through the years but we have yet to introduce you to these three amazing women. Doris, D.J & Barbara are our wonderful mothers who love and support us in everything we do. They're definitely on our team and without them there wouldn't be a Blue Bell Farm.

It looks like cooler temps are on the way and we're hoping it's going to be amazing weather for our summer farm dinner with Chefs Amanda Elliott and Benjamin Hamrah next week!

We're planning to dine outside but we will also have our beautiful (and air conditioned) barn as a back up location in case Mother Nature changes her mind.

We love how fun, effortless, and oh-so-dreamy this wedding trend is. What better way to let your ladies shine than by letting them pick a unique dress?

It can be daunting to branch out from the status quo of a matchy bridal party look, so we’re sharing a few tips to get creative with yours without stressing about whether you’ll miss the mark…

🌸 Vary your patterns while keeping it cohesive by choosing a base fabric. Think romantic lace, fairytale tulle, glossy satin, or breezy cotton and linen.

🌸 Style an all neutral palette with vibrant accents like jewel tone necklaces, earrings, booties, or matching colorful bouquets for added visual appeal.
