Heads up. Open tryouts will be held Dec. 4th at 2pm at 1 Day Strength & Conditioning in between Farmington, AR and Prairie Grove, AR. Address is 2510 E. Heritage Parkway, Farmington AR 72730. $50 fee. Waiver required. Be prepared for a conditioning test, bring work out gear, knee pads/elbow pads area a good idea. You'll have to earn it, nothing is given in this world.

INJURY UPDATE: Justin Lee unfortunately was injured Saturday night while performing the move seen here. Broken nose in two places. Luckily his orbital bone was not damaged but surgery will be required. We pray for a speedy recovery for Justin. He did advance to the finals of the American National Light Heavyweight Championship tournament. Details regarding the situation there will be announced as we learn how long the Unbreakable Bad Boy will be out of action.
