As we approach a busy event season, we are now seeking a part time front desk associate at Eventures Party Rentals to join our team! We are looking for a high spirited member with a positive attitude while working in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS include but are not limited to:

Excellent Customer Service Skills
Proper Telephone Etiquette
Knowledge in using Gmail
Fast Typing Skills

DUTIES include but are not limited to:

Greeting & Assisting Customers
Use of our Rental Manager Software
Drafting and Sending E-mails via Gmail
Answering and Making Phone Calls

Hours will vary between 20 - 36 per week.

- Polishing dishes
- Organizing dish aisles in warehouse
- Running dirty dishes through washer
- Re-stocking & packaging crates of dishes in warehouse

Must be able to do some heavy lifting.

-Must be able to lift 80 lbs + higher
-Must have reliable source of transportation to work

-Loading/moving event rental equipment
-Delivering and picking up event rental equipment
-Setting up & tearing down event rental equipment
-Other minor warehouse duties

We were happy to be part of thanking donors of the Children’s hospital in NWA! Thank you Young Designs for including us as well as Jules Design Event Florals and Kmac catering. We enjoyed working with you on such a great project.
