I love a good challenge…..and Mr. Billy Ocean and his production team really gave me a culinary challenge. I’m a meat and potatoes type cook…..lol and my client was vegan, band was vegan, production staff vegetarian….Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner…After show Meal & Dressing Room Snacks and Essentials.

I was a little worried…..these guys have traveled the world and have enjoyed the best of the best! Needless to say, they loved everything and even took bread home with them.
