Intents party rentals is now hiring for:
•Team Lead including driving a box truck, leading a crew for event install, communicating with clients during event setup. Must be able to regularly lift 50-70 pounds
•Crew Member includes taking direction from team leader- setting up tents, tables, chairs and other event rentals. Must be able to regularly lift 50-70 pounds
•Linen/Dish processing
•Front Desk including answering the phone, communicating with clients.

Full time and part time are available.
Weekdays and weekends available.

Dish & Linen Crew Member Position Task:

Clean and iron linens as specified by manufacturer and company policy.
Wrap and package linens per company policy.
Clean equipment as specified by manufacturer and company policy.
Upholds the quality control standards of the company.
Restock cleaned and packaged linens appropriately.
Inspect returned linens and dishware.
Sort dirty linens and dishes per company policy.
Complete a daily check-in log.
Log broken, damaged, missing dishes and equipment. Turn report into supervisor daily.
When cleaning equipment breaks, notify supervisor.
Report safety violations to supervisor.
Communicate with supervisor.
Fill in for other positions, when necessary, for smooth operation of the business.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules and regulations in written or verbal form.
Comply with government safety requirements and other regulations and security in store.
Attend department, store and safety meetings.

Stables in the Infield package includes:
20x20 tent with walls on 3 sides for privacy of your party
40” tv installed in your tent for live race viewing
3-60” round guest tables
24 garden chairs
1-8’ banquet table for food service/drink
50 wristbands for the restricted area
1 large cooler with 40 # of ice
1 personalized sign with your party/groups name for easy identification for your guest
+ more amenities, add on services and additional items available to customize your package.
