Well it has been a week since truck show at Minters Farm and I have been drying out. Just wanted to thank everyone that came by and ate our bbq! Conditions were tough but enjoyed serving our style of bbq! I wanted to thank also Rick,Jo Ann and Stephanie for the opportunity to let the BBQ Mafia continue to serve the community!

Down here at Minters Farm going to try again. Yesterday was a tough, rainy, windy day! Got some stew made was about all we got done. Hoping the rain is over so everyone can come down and enjoy the show!

Well it’s 415 am and I am down here at Minters Farm for the antique truck show. Pork butts are on the smoker and going to make a pot of Brunswick stew after the sun comes up. Weather not going to be great today but come on down and see us! We will be here till Sunday afternoon.
