I am out here today cooking a little pork so I can make Brunswick stew tomorrow for the Everything Antique Show next weekend down at Minters Farm. So all my followers make plans to come by and see the BBQ Mafia on March 7-9!

Well stew we made yesterday is already gone. So if you didn’t get any we are going to do it again next Saturday. We make 14 gallons at a time so get on the list early. It’s $35 a gallon and $10 a quart.

It’s 5am still got snow on the ground and it’s 22 degrees! I am out here starting up the smoker. We got 135 folks to feed some bbq to late this afternoon.

Well starting off the New Year doing what we do! I got our lunch and supper on the smoker with black eyed peas in the crockpot. Oh yea mama is bringing the collards. A country boy can survive. 😁 One more thing go Dawgs!

While I have a minute this morning I want to wish a Merry Christmas to all my friends, followers and family. Here’s a picture I was busy to post yesterday after lunch! Smoked about 18 and fried 12 along with 2 cases of pork butts. My but is dragging this morning but at it again. Don’t have but around a dozen to cook this morning.
