We are back at Happy Cup this Thursday March 13, 6:30 till we run out of songs. It’s great to be back indoors 🥶, and have added a new song to help work on getting the one-finger A chord switch.
Tell your music friends about this- it’s a lot of fun, a great chance to network with other local musicians, and an opportunity to improve confidence and performance skills. Bring your game up to prepare for the other local open mike shows. Come try it out!

JD’s Fayetteville Acoustic Open Jam Night will have to postpone tonight’s show at Happy Cup NC. It’s not much snow, but a lot of ice and bad roads, and not looking like it’ll get better by tonight. We don’t want to risk anyone getting injured since people here can’t drive in winter.
Stay home, stay safe and keep practicing those GCDs! We’ll see you all next week! And find a song you want us to play!

Another great night at the Jam! Thank you to our manager Mike for letting us meet at Guitar Center. We had some great friends show up, and even some new friends stumbled in and joined us.
If any of my musician friends are looking for a paying local church gig, they need one of everything.
We’ll see you again next Thursday, Jan 20 at Happy Cup Hope Mills. We love it there! Bring a friend and a song you want us to feature.

Reminder, tonight’s event will be in the Acoustic Room of Guitar Center on Skibo.
Room is limited, so it might be better to try out one of the available acoustics rather than bringing your guitar this time. We’ve got some great Taylor, Martin and Gibsons to try out.
