Let's talk underground lines...

When we stake into the ground, the stakes can go between 3-4ft into the ground, therefore we are required to contact Miss Utility prior to staking.
This means that when you are renting a tent, we will need to know where the tent will be going on your property to make sure we have the correct area marked for underground utilities.
If you have private utilities including sprinkler lines, it is your responsibility to have them marked prior to our arrival.

Let's talk tent size...
The size tent that you need is based on the square footage you need to cover, and that is figured out based on everything under the tent.

It is helpful when asking for a quote to not only know the number of guests you are estimating, but also all the tables and areas you want to be covered.

A 100 person wedding is going to more than likely need a bigger tent than a 100 person graduation party. Our goal is always to make sure you have enough space for everything you are wanting for your event.

Let's talk tents...

Our pole tents are most popular for weddings and larger events. They have center poles and require tension to keep them secured, which is why they must be staked into the ground.
Our frame tents are offered in smaller sizes, but we can accommodate large events as well. These tents are built with framework and the top is placed on top of the framework. Since they do not require tension, we can stake them into the ground or use concrete blocks to secure them.
