What a blessing & honor it has been to assist so many beautiful families the past two years with all their most special and intimate events. Today is Shop Small Saturday and to most it is just another day but for those select few who work as a small shop owner, today is a big day for them. We love our small business and the people who choose us 🫶🏻 We understand when you hire us, you are hiring these two faces and smiles, you are not hiring a huge brand or something you seen on t.v. or a magazine, you just put your trust in these two people to plan and decorate the most important days of your life. That’s a BIG deal and that takes A LOT of trust! Thank you for trusting us and allowing us the chance to build our dreams ✨

If you can please shop small today and visit your local shops, in today’s world it is very hard to keep those little dreams alive and running. Those people are competing with online and large chain stores and it is nearly impossible to stay a float. Thank you ❤️

Y’all we can’t believe it is already August! For those of you that are planning a August wedding keep these tips in mind:

1 - Keep your guests cool
it’s important to think about ways to cool off your guests, such as planning an indoor or tented event, providing fans, or renting A/C units.

2 - Offer outdoor activities
favorite outdoor wedding activities are corn hole, giant Jenga, large tic-tac-toe, and horseshoes.

3 - Include a water station
Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! In the warm summer months, it’s important to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Offering a refreshing infused water station at your ceremony site is a great idea

4 - Celebrate summer colors
Some popular summer color palettes include shades of coral with fresh greenery, summer jewel tones paired with metallics like gold or rose gold, and soft pastels such as blush pink and dusty blue.

5 - Serve up a refreshing cocktail
In the warm summer months, it’s a great idea to offer a cool, light, and refreshing signature cocktail for you and your guests to enjoy and keep cool.

6 - Choose the right floral
gravitate more towards flowers like orchids, sunflowers, or peonies because these do well in the heat.

7 - Dress for the weather
