The Flagship, downtown Amelia Island Venue

The Flagship at Summer House was successfully repurposed from a 1920s auto shop into a luxury rooftop venue. The transitional architecture is the perfect pairing of romantic historic feel with a modern twist. The venue is located in downtown Fernandina Beach and has views of the Historic Courthouse clock tower and overlooks Ash and 4th Streets. The rooftop boasts a custom gas firepit and yacht-leather modular sofa, round bedswing, and dimmable lighting. Spacious covered deck has extended bar, 70" TV with apple TV, Sonos speaker system and several rolling bars, and cocktail tables.

Elevator gives easy access for catering and guest access and is ADA compliant.

Downstairs venue space boasts projector screen with Apple TV, Sonos speaker system, square waterfall bar, black stainless appliances, 1960's industrial lighting, his/hers bathrooms and spacious dance floor/mingle area with modular sofa. Conference room is easily converted into a serving table with the industrial roll-up door.

Parking: public next door free parking lot and additional parking lot 1/2 block away. On-street parking is also permitted and free.
